PLAYERS MUST BE REGISTERED WITH BOTH US LACROSSE AND CORONA WAVE to participate in weekend scrimmages.

Registration Requires US Lacrosse Registration AND CDM Lacrosse Registration:

• Current Season online registration. This ensures coaches have most current contact and emergency information for all players.
• A current US Lacrosse Membership is required for all players. US Lacrosse Membership fee is $35 annually for high school students. Membership needs to be valid through the end of May 2017.  Visit the USL website to check membership status. (Note: the USL website is not optimized for mobile devices. USL recommends the use desktop computers wherever possible.)
• All CDM athletes must turn in their CDM Athletic Clearance Form as soon as possible.
